this haiku's for rose
newest and sole super fan
hope she enjoys it
maybe more than one
i suppose she deserves it
for being so nice
don't know much 'bout her
save for some guilty pleasures
learned them yesterday
sleeping in the buff
eating pie 'specially cream
and kissing hot girls
wow what a threesome
doin' those things together
would make post secret
another pleasure
yeah gotta make that happen
fun for all involved
hope you liked em dear
seems your wish was my command
don't get used to it
smiley face goes here
because i'm only kidding
or am i really?
goodnight one and all
specifically to rose
my muse for this post

Wow, thank you so much! This is really the coolest and most randomly unique thing anybody has done for me in a while. You made my day. And for the record I really am a girl and not some confused gay guy, sadly I must say I’m not a red head but nobody’s perfect right?
tee hee. glad i could be of service.
perfect, maybe not. but pretty damn close comes in a box.
Hi Chris, I have a request. I know, who do I think I am asking for anything from you, we don’t even know eachother, right? I get that but I’m going to ask anyway because I am a super fan of your blog. Post more photos, not of red heads but of actual stuff you see or do. I’m jealous that I live in such a small town, nothing ever happens here. I would love to see even half the crap you get to see and do. Thanks and good night!
hi rose. don’t know each other? sure we do! you know (or could know) anything i’ve ever written here and i know that if i went to a small town somewhere it’s possible i might find a girl who’s sleeping naked or would hook up with a hot chick for a quick snog. granted you are winning this exchange of information, but i’m perfectly happy with my end of the bargain. that’s not to say i’m averse to knowing more, but that i do not control the flow of incoming info and am enjoying that which i know already.
here’s the thing about pictures… while i do own a camera i use it incredibly rarely. i’m really not a fan of pictures. mostly because i am the least photogenic person on the planet.
having lived in a couple of small towns (a suburb of jacksonville, florida for a year and virginia beach for 3) i can tell you nothing ever happens here either, there’s just more of it.
that said, i’ll make more of an effort to document things. or at least try to remember to carry my camera again. sadly my life boils down to a few things: drinking. mostly at bars. almost always at one specific bar. concerts. sporting events. video games (mostly pc though i do own a ps3 and may grab a wii). loves me some girls too, but i try to fit them in with those other categories.
there’s also work, but if i could take pics here i’d of already made enough cash from them to not be working here.
you could always give up the jealousy and just go to a big city for a bit. i’m partial to nyc for obvious reasons, but chicago and boston are pretty awesome as well. or for a more laid back but big enough experience, san diego is the second greatest city on the planet.
I don’t know that much about you really, just the random thoughts you feel like sharing with the world and I’ll try to throw out a few more fun facts about myself so the exchange is fair. So here’s Rose’s random thoughts for the day.
1. I have lived in big cities before I submit that Seattle or Atlanta would be the greatest cities on the planet, but I cannot confirm this as I have never been to NYC.
2. The Dodge Charger is the greatest car ever and I’m not just saying that because I drive one. I love my car, greatest car ever hands down.
3. Pictures-I totally understand not having the time or want to take more pics but I am a visual person and I think other people would enjoy pics here as well. Side note: I hate having my photo taken but I was in a music video once.
fun facts! i love fun facts.
we’ll skip 2 because unlike and actual man who knows stuff about cars and can do stuff with em, i don’t drive and would be useless around one. it’s cool you love yours though!
now 1 and 3. we can get into these.
1. if you’ve lived in big cities why would you then submit yourself to living in a small town?
2. i hate atlanta. mostly because of the braves but have heard good things about the city itself other than traffic. they do have a lovely airport.
3. seattle. yeah gotta go there. was thinking of an alaska cruise this year and was going to fly in or out of seattle. failing that, the mets should be there next year and i’ll follow them. any suggestions for spots to hit up?
4. a music video eh? wow. you’re officially the most famous person ever to leave a comment on my lil site here! hmmm were you in seattle or atlanta when you did this? was it a grunge vid or a hip hop vid? ooooh questions!
5. if you’ve got all this interesting stuff, like reading blogs, and have spare time at work, why don’t you have your own? you could call it…*wait for it*…rosebuds!
wow, that was so horribly punny i’d like someone to come kick me in the nuts as punishment.
Ok, first of all let me just say after this comment I’m going to be putting myself in super fan time out, I feel so vapid. I just keep subjecting you to random thoughts and you have been so nice as to comment on all my dribble. But the comment section of your blog is for me to tell you how awesome I think you are and not the other way around.
So, I will make this short…
I’m in a video for 6 seconds it hardly makes me famous. But you can check it out if you want. lifehouse, half way gone, 2 minutes 11 seconds (I had to look it up) I’m the short girl in the front with dark hair. As for why I live in a small town, for work mainly, I got a good job here and the cost of living is way less than in a big city and I hate big city traffic. As for Seattle I’ll make a list of places to see as soon as I stop feeling like a dork for sharing so much. I swear I’ve done like 8 cool things my whole life and for some reason I’m compelled to share them all here. That brings me to why I don’t blog, my life on the whole has been either completely tragic or completely unremarkable. Either way I don’t think people would care much about it.
super fan time out? there’s no such thing. oh no, you decided you hate me! i’ve never had a commenter pull the “it’s not you it’s me” routine.
that’s cool. it’s ok. i can take rejection.
for the record, the comment section is for whatever i like. and if i want to have a conversation in it and so does the other person then that’s what we do.
hold on while i wipe my tears away…
*wipes tears*
moving on to the rejection free part:
6 seconds is 6 seconds more than most people. and just think, you’ve got 14 minutes and 54 seconds left before anyone is sick of you!
i do look forward to the seattle list. mets are definitely out there next year so it’ll happen if for some reason it doesn’t this year.
you’ve done 8 cool things and we here only know of 1 which means you owe us 7 cool things. if you want to of course. some day, maybe. of course if all the rest are just making out with hot chicks we don’t need to hear em…wait, i take that back, if the other 7 are just making out with hot chicks we absolutely need to hear em in as much detail as humanly possible. (=
as for a place of your own, you’d be surprised how many people are interested in unremarkable stories. there are tons who want to read tragic ones. lots of emo kids on these here interwebs after all.
in any case, if that really was your last comment before you walk off into the sunset, bye! *waves* we’ll miss you!
but i hope it’s not cuz i like havin ya round…
Oh, no I wouldn’t just dump your blog like that after being such a devoted super fan for all of two weeks now, and what a great two weeks it’s been. And as you wish sir, here is a list of things you really shouldn’t miss in Seattle. I warn you all this stuff is expensive but everything there is, especially food but it’s worth it.
1. The Space Needle-I couldn’t tell you how many times I went there and it never gets old, best view of the city hands down, I recommend going twice once during the day and once at night because it is a totally different view depending on when you go.
2. EMP-right next to the Space Needle and I think next to the collection at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame it has the best collection of music related items ever, it’s a really cool place if you love music and I suggest pay the extra cash for the audio tour, it really is worth it.
3. Seattle Underground Tour-There is an entire city built underneath Seattle complete with secret passages and hidden doors. This is a awesome walking tour, it takes about two hours but I think it’s really cool.
4. Washington State Ferry Ride-The ferry takes you out into the harbor and you can see all of Seattle, this one is another that is awesome day or night.
5. Pike Place Fish Market-Because you just gotta’it’s a Seattle ikon and it’s free!
6. Emmett Watson’s on Pike is my fav bar and they have good food too.
7. Best Seafood-Waterfront Seafood Grill, it’s really classy and the food is great.
8. My FAVORITE place to eat-Wild Ginger, the best Asian food ever! And they have a lounge right next door, really great local music.
That’s it for me, have a good one!
hmm so there’s my awesome in seattle list, does this mean you stopped feeling like a dork and are out of time out or are you going to magically disappear again?
great thing about living in nyc is that anywhere else i go is either the same money wise or cheaper. except the cabs in san francisco, those are expensive.
sad to see space needle on the list though. i’m scared to death of heights and now you’ve got me goin twice…
had no idea about the underground. that actually sounds awesome. and glad you included a bar. always gotta have a bar.
thank ya dear. you’re the best!
