dear reverend al,

thank you for chiming in on a situation that means nothing.  we were all clamoring to hear what you thought about rush limbaugh's proposed bid to be a part owner of the st. louis rams.  i mean, with the bid in it's infancy and really just a thought that somehow someway made it's way to the media, it was logical that we all waited with baited breath for you to call him a racist. 

now i'll grant you you didn't come out and say "i think rush limbaugh is a racist."  you did certainly imply it though with your boring rant about racial inclusion and how owning and nfl team is a privilege.

so while you're on your soapbox i was wondering what you thought of the white kid in belleville who got pretty beat up by a couple of black kids.  a case that even the police said could be "racially motivated."

i was wondering what you thought about violence.  violence that actually hurt someone.

i know what you think about a guy who said something incredibly stupid owning an nfl team.  i know what you think of michael jackson.  now i'd like to know what you think of something THAT ACTUALLY MATTERS.
